FLIGHT CLUB WORKSHOP - Saturday September 20th, 2-4pm

A 2 hour upside-down workshop experience! This session offers the perfect opportunity to explore fun inversion shapes + gain new understanding of how your body moves through space. We'll move through skills + drills for wrists, shoulders and core, as well as mini flows to integrate concepts through play. Learn valuable techniques to unlock tricky entries, tools to increase bravery + hangtime, and walk away feeling more confident on your hands! This session is geared toward all levels, but a strong plank is a prerequisite.

MOBILITY 101 - Thursday September 25th, 9:30-10:30am
The Hot Room - REGISTER HERE!
A 60 minute class, all levels welcome. Alleviate joint stiffness + increase fluidity and movement quality. Strengthen the bone-to-muscle relationship head-to-toes. Learn more about how your body moves and what angles you need to work on to maintain or improve range of motion. No yoga experience necessary. Expect a feel-good, full-body tune-up that supports your yoga practice or cross-trains you for whatever moves you.

STRENGTH IN THE CITY - MOVEMENT EVENT - Saturday September 27th, 9am-2pm
A city-wide movement event at Bicentennial Mall in Germantown. Snag a ticket for access to 20+ classes from top teaching talent in the Nashville area, plus local vendors - food, music, workout recovery + more.

A 75 minute vinyasa class with handstand + arm balance play woven in. Focus on building body-weight strength, mobility and proprioception for hand balance shapes + fun transitions. Increase fluidity and confidence in learning to FLY! Experience in vinyasa yoga is helpful.

EXPAND YOUR RANGE - MOBILITY WORKSHOP - Saturday October 25th, 2-4pm
Sanctuary Yoga - REGISTER HERE!
Learn to apply isometric tension to strengthen your tissues and increase joint range of motion. We'll explore rotational patterns to unlock stiff hips and shoulders, and integrate these isolating movements into unique mini flows. This work will help improve your overall movement mechanics and nervous system responsiveness, giving you the tools for a more sustainable yoga practice and a greater sense of freedom in your body to meet the demands of modern life.
All levels welcome. This is a great session for amateur to seasoned athletes alike seeking injury mitigation and improved joint strength. No yoga experience necessary.
