Shakti Power Yoga
A 75 minute vinyasa class with optional handstand play woven in. Focus on building body-weight strength, mobility and proprioception. Increase fluidity in transitions and confidence to stand on your hands upside-down! Experience in vinyasa yoga is helpful.

Join Nicki, E-RYT and seasoned handstand coach, for a 2 hour upside-down workshop experience! This session offers the perfect opportunity to explore fun inversion shapes + gain new understanding of how your body moves through space. We'll move through skills + drills for wrists, shoulders and core, as well as mini flows to integrate concepts through play. Learn valuable techniques to unlock tricky entries, tools to increase bravery + hangtime, and walk away feeling more confident on your hands!
