Classes are open to the public, all levels. A great place to begin your mobility journey, cross-train for your favorite sport/activity, compliment your yoga practice and generally move with more quality and fluidity. No yoga experience necessary.
*These are not ‘gentle’ or restorative classes. Mobility training is a form of strength training that involves opening range of motion, strengthening the tissue, tendons + ligaments, and learning how to utilize directional movement patterns and angles meaningful to the human body and our favorite activities.
