1:1 Private Sessions

60-90 MINUTES in person + HOMEWORK

For students/clients new to working with me, we begin with a 90 minute assessment of your baseline range of motion through major joints, which allows me to see your movement patterns and gain necessary insight into your strengths + limitations. Detailed notes from this session are provided, including photo/video. Our findings from your assessment session help me craft your customized program with your needs + goals in mind.

Professional guidance and feedback on form/function of exercises are given in each session. Written homework + demo photos/videos of key exercises included so you may continue to progress.

Single sessions are available for students/clients I have worked with before, either online or in person. If we have never worked together, I require a range assessment as our first session.

I recommend doing at least 2-3 sessions after the assessment in order to build up several circuits of homework you may work through independently to progress, otherwise it just feels like we collected a bunch of data about how you move, but didn’t get a chance to do anything about it!

Consecutive sessions are best if you are working through identifying chronic pain or have a specific goal you are striving for and need a structured training plan with a charismatic coach to help. Session cadence is up to you.
