Practice Pro Tip: If you are familiar with “mobility” concepts or have practiced with me for a while, dive in! Try out all classes in order 1st, ending with the flows. If mobility or an exercise routine is newer to you, or you are returning to workouts post-injury, I encourage you to practice with Class #1 consistently, 3-5x/week until the movements are comfortable. Then move on to Class #2 and do the same thing - practice it several times a week until confident to move on. Classes #1-4 will be the most “beginner-friendly”!
