I started working with Nicki about 2 years ago in the hope to improve my practice, but also gain some confidence in myself & my body. 1:1 coaching has 100% helped me achieve this. I've learned so much about how my body moves & what I need to do to get access new & harder things. I never imagined trying forearm stand or handstand, and now I'm learning the techniques to do these things! And, I'm getting so close! I have even gone on 2 yoga retreats, Costa Rica and Mexico most recently (which was handstand focused!) and it was incredible. I learned so much and use this new knowledge in my own practice. Go on the retreats, you won't regret it and it's made me realize I'm able for so much more than I give myself credit. Not to mention being in beautiful locations!!

Nicki has given me so much confidence and joy in yoga, and she's an amazing supporter! I can't wait to keep going!
